Dr. Aylmer Evangelista is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. He obtained his medical degree from the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines in 2003 and continued his post-graduate training at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn. He has been caring for patients in the Metro Detroit area for more than 15 years.
Dr. Evangelista has a strong focus on preventive care and optimizing health. Dr. Evangelista was on staff at Beaumont Hospital Wayne, St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Providence Park Hospital in Novi, Maple Manor Rehabilitation Center of Wayne, and Maple Manor Rehabilitation Center of Novi.
He has also won numerous awards including Doctor of the Year and Service Excellence Award. Dr. Evangelista is a member of the American College of Physicians, International Association For Physicians In Aesthetic Medicine, Cellular Medicine Association, and has multiple certifications in advanced Botox and dermal filler training, laser training, RF training, microneedling and microdermabrasion training, chemical peel training and is an Allergan Master injector.

Dr. Jennifer Rhee-Evangelista has multiple certifications and is a practicing Board Certified Anesthesiologist who was born and raised in Northville, Michigan. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her medical degree from Wayne State University. She received top honors at both institutions.
She continued her post-graduate training at the University of Chicago. She has been caring for patients in the metro Detroit area for over 10 years.
