Dr. Jennifer Sobol is REDEEM’s Medical Director and one of Michigan Institute of Urology’s (MIU) most passionate urologists advocating for women’s sexual health.
Millions of women suffer from vaginal atrophy and its side effects, like painful intercourse, vaginal dryness, and frequent UTIs. Through treatments like bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, MonaLisa Touch. and other vaginal rejuvenation techniques, women can feel like themselves again.
Dr. Sobol is a partner at MIU and has been practicing urology in Metro Detroit since 2006. Dr. Sobol is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
Dr. Sobol received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1994 and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. She completed her general surgery training in 2002 and her urologic surgery training in 2005 at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Sobol also completed a fellowship in female and male incontinence, neurology, and voiding dysfunction at the University of Michigan in 2006.

Melia is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Nurse Midwife who has specialized in women’s hormones and aesthetic injections since 2020. Melia obtained her bachelor’s degrees in human nutrition & food science and nursing. She also later obtained her Midwife certification from The University of Michigan in 2022. Melia’s resume includes neurotoxin injections,
dermal fillers, collagen stimulation, vaginal rejuvenation, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Melia has worked alongside many of the top OB-GYNs and Urologists in the state, expanding her knowledge in women’s health. She is eager to share her expertise with you.

A highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a special interest in sexual wellness and aesthetics, Courtney is the perfect fit for her role as director at REDEEM. Former owner at MOXXI in Clawson, Courtney’s resume includes master training in neurotoxin injections, platelet-rich plasma injections, dermal fillers, hair restoration, collagen stimulation, both vaginal and penile rejuvenation, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Passionate about providing expert care, Courtney ensures that her clients look and feel their best. As REDEEM’s director and master injector, Courtney oversees patient treatment plans and all staff, performs each of the services provided, all while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Prior to opening REDEEM, Courtney has worked for the Michigan Institute of Urology since 2016 as a hospital-based Nurse Practitioner, managing urology patients’ care.
Courtney is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing as well as a Bachelor of Integrative Studies. She also played division 1 soccer for the Golden Grizzlies all four years.

A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a patient-centered approach, Madison expertly performs many of the sexual wellness and bioidentical hormone replacement procedures at REDEEM.
In her previous roles, Maddie worked as a laser hair removal specialist in Royal Oak and as a surgical RN at William Beaumont Hospital. In this role, she has worked closely with patients, providing detailed assessments and establishing trusting relationships.
Madison is a graduate of Valparaiso University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University (MSU) and was part of the official MSU dance team for four years.
