Chris Erwin, NP
Chris Erwin, APRN, FNP-C

Chris Erwin is originally from the Wichita Falls area.

He attended college at Midwestern State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998.

He spent 15 years working in the hospital setting with time in Emergency Room and ICU/CCU areas.

In 2009, he decided to advance his degree and earned his master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013.

He opened his own practice in February of 2016.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, it became obvious that the current health paradigm of managing chronic disease did not improve quality of life for clients. He wanted to empower clients to take control of their health before onset of chronic disease.

Dr. Donovitz’s vision and method for Age Healthier, Live Happier fit the mission of his clinic. He began implementing hormone optimization as a key concept in his practice in 2013 when he became a certified BioTE Provider.

He still manages chronic diseases with empathy, but his passion is to empower his patients to regain health through hormone optimization, healthy eating, and exercise.

Mineral Wells is the community he serves.

He has two young daughters who are very active in 4H and UIL school activities.

He also has a daughter and grandson still in the Wichita Falls area.

He states that he and “his beautiful wife” strive to serve God and their community through focusing all components to life – Mind, Body, Soul.

The BioTE Method is the building block to his service.
