She began her nursing career in 1988 in Harlingen, TX. Over her 30 years of nursing experience, she has been in different health care settings including hospital, specialty care, and home health. Some of the hospital specialties include post-partum, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, pediatrics and recovery room experience.
In 2002 she started her advance nursing as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Serving in her local community for the last 15 years, she is trained in diagnosing and treating the entire family from infants to geriatrics.
