Amy Haddad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is our certified nurse practitioner focusing on sexual health, wellness, and aesthetics. Amy has extensive experience in women’s health having previously trained at the Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas and North Texas Plastic Surgery. Amy specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) using the BioTE method, as well as O-Shot using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. Amy administers treatments for Votiva, Morpheus8, CO2 Intimate Bleaching, truSculpt, PRP, excelHR, and many more to come. Amy also provides injectables such as Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau.
Amy possesses a plethora of experience and knowledge for your wellness and aesthetic needs! She continuously strives to bring a professional and reliable approach to an ever-evolving specialty.
Prior to pursuing her career as a nurse practitioner, Amy was a Division 1 NCAA soccer player for the University of Kansas where she graduated with honors and a degree in Community Health. Amy successively earned her degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. After moving to DFW in 2015, Amy returned to academia to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Amy currently resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband Cameron and Australian Shepherd Sylas. They are involved in the Arlington Margarita Society and enjoy giving their time to local community causes.
