My name is Jennifer Myers.

I have been a NP for 5 years, and was granted Full Practice Authority a few months ago.

Prior to becoming a NP, I was a RN in Critical Care for about 15 years. I graduated from Quincy University and Blessing-Reimen College of Nursing in 2003 with my BSN; then from Graceland University School of Nursing in Kansas City in 2017 with my MSN.

I have experience in several outpatient areas including Ambulatory Care, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Family Medicine, and COVID chaos.

I enjoy music of all genres, and even play around on the bongos and piano.

I garden, but these plants are my yard experiments.

I did end up with 5-foot-tall lilies this year and “volunteer” cherry tomato plants everywhere.

My family and I enjoy time together outdoors, and playing with our two dogs, Tootsie and Bella.

I have a 6-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter that keep me quite entertained.

Pretty sure they will grow up to be comedians.
