Worked as Administrative Law Judge at the Puerto Rico Board for Medical Examiners dealing with disciplinary actions and Puerto Rico Emergency Management Agency for human resources disciplinary actions. Previously he also worked as legal advisor for the Mayor of Cataño in health law and medico legal affairs acting as Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer.

As an Attorney, he was part of Landrón & Vera LLP Law Firm, he handled active state

and federal litigation, with emphasis in medical malpractice cases (both for plaintiffs and
