As Senior Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Operations at Biote, Joey is responsible for driving enterprise strategy, optimizing commercial performance, and accelerating Biote’s mission to advance healthspan and vitality with innovative hormone optimization and healthy aging solutions.

Prior to joining Biote, Joey held senior leadership roles at several industry-leading organizations, including Insulet, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson, where he led high-performing teams across strategy, commercial operations, and finance.

Joey brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational discipline and business acumen, with a reputation for building winning cultures, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His broad experiences creating value across the evolving healthcare landscape and commitment to innovation have positioned him as a trusted leader in driving transformative change.

He holds a Finance degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and remains passionate about advancing access to healthcare solutions and mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders.
