Hormone imbalances can greatly impact quality of life, causing symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, hot flashes, mood changes, low libido, insomnia, irregular cycles, joint pain, and sexual dysfunction. These symptoms are very common during menopause and andropause and can resolve once hormone balance is restored through hormone replacement therapy. I love working with women and men during this transformative time to resolve symptoms and achieve optimal health.
