As a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider specializing in menopausal care, Lindsay brings over 18 years of experience in Women’s Health. Her goal is to empower women through their unique life transitions. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and personalized care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs before, during, and post menopause.

Like Dr. Hall, Lindsay is one of the few providers trained in the area of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy options and enjoys working together with her patients to figure out what is the best plan for each individual patient. She believes there is no “one size fits all” plan of care. As one of the many BHRT options available: Lindsay is a Biote Advanced Provider and has mastered the art of BHRT optimization through hormone pellet therapy. This also allows her to customize and tailor her treatment options available to her patients.

Clinical Expertise: With a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), she has honed her skills in managing the complexities of menopausal health. Lindsay’s clinical expertise includes bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT), symptom management, and preventative care to optimize her patient’s well-being before, during and after this transition of life. In addition, Lindsay also enjoys taking care of the younger patient populations with hormonal imbalances. She is passionate about preventative care for women and performs the majority of our patients annual well exams. Lindsay attended ASSCP’s course on Colposcopy and is well trained in performing Colposcopy exams and identifying those at risk for Cervical Cancer.

While working closely alongside Dr. Hall for several years, Lindsay has found an additional passion in seeing patients with complicated vulvar vaginal conditions that other providers either dismiss or ignore.

Being able to diagnose and treat patients with conditions related to the vulvar can be complicated and require a thorough examination not always provided in the routine pap or pelvic exam.
She is a member of NAMS-The North American Menopause Society and ISVVD-The International Society of Vulvovaginal disorders. She has attended many advanced education seminars where she has received certifications and training in menopausal care and the treatment vulvovaginal disorders such as: Lichen Sclerosis, Lichen Simplex Chronicus, Vulvodynia, Atrophic Vaginitis, and Bacterial Vaginosis. She is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.

Aesthetics: She has been injecting Botox for over 5 years. She is often referred to as a “perfectionist” and focuses on delivering beautiful and natural results for each one of her patients. Lindsay is a certified Botox injector and has attended many training courses in Chicago and Northern VA. She is always educating herself on the newest injection techniques.

Many of our patients come to her for vaginal rejuvenation with The MonaLisa Touch laser. The MonaLisa Touch® is an innovative laser, designed and produced by DEKA (Italy), that delivers fractional CO2 laser energy to soft tissues. This procedure is an in-office procedure with little downtime that yields great results. This treatment is beneficial for atrophic vaginitis and Lichen Sclerosus(LS). The MonaLisa Touch is also a great alternative for patients who are not candidates for bio-identical hormone therapy.

Lindsay is a Northern VA native and lives in Haymarket with her husband of over 20 years, Mike. They have a son and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys attending her kids many sporting events, traveling to Charleston, SC and visiting local wineries.

Meredith Weber, FNP-C
Advanced Practice Provider Specializing in Perimenopause, Menopause and Urogynecology
As a welcomed addition to The Menopause Center, Meredith brings years of women’s health care in Urogynecology to our patients. Meredith has a particular interest in diagnosing and treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and interstitial cystitis that can be related to age, childbirth and hormonal deficiencies.
Meredith is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in the nursing field, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy and urogynecology. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Duquesne University. Meredith has practiced nursing “across the lifespan” from neonatal intensive care, family practice and primary care, oncology, as well as surgical subspecialties.
She is a member of the Menopause Society, the American Urological Association, and a CBUNA certified practitioner with a commitment to comprehensive pelvic health.
As a Certified Biote Provider, she can offer advanced Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) options, to include hormone pellet therapy insertions, to address hormonal imbalances and improve quality of life. She is proficient in utilizing the Monalisa Touch laser for vaginal rejuvenation, providing non-invasive solutions for patients experiencing vaginal atrophy and related symptoms.
Meredith is dedicated to patient education, ensuring that women are empowered and well-informed about their conditions and treatment options. Her compassionate approach and expertise make her a trusted provider for women’s gynecological and pelvic health needs.
Like Lindsay, Meredith is also a native of northern Virginia and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, John, their two daughters, and Newfoundland dog named Duke.
