Obaid Jafri, MD

Dr. Obaid Jafri has been with the practice since July, 2005. A graduate of Phoebus High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University, and his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He also completed his OB/GYN specialty training at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Jafri is interested in the full spectrum of women’s health, from adolescent medicine to menopause management, with particular interest in minimally-invasive pelvic surgery.

Dr. Obaid Jafri is interested in all aspects of the female reproductive system, with particular interest in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding using minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical techniques. He also offers services in obstetrics, urogynecology (the treatment of urinary incontinence), family planning, and prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and HPV infection.

Branden Deyerle, MD

After graduating from Tabb High school, he went on to attend James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology with a distinction in chemistry. He then earned his medical doctorate from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA and remained there to complete his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Deyerle has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, preventative medicine, and facilitating patient education. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his dedication and leadership. Being inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in 2019, he was honored as an individual who exemplifies humanistic patient care and serves as a mentor/role model in the field of medicine. One of his favorite parts of practicing medicine is how fulfilling it is to have helped someone throughout their care.
