Shelby is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, BioTe certified provider and registered nurse with over 7 years of Emergency Room experience. After graduating from Lamar University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2018, Shelby enrolled in a Masters of Science program for Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi where she graduated in 2022. Shelby has worked with patients of all ages. Shelby works with Dr. Tracy Allen in the office seeing patients for wellness exams, sick visits, well woman exams and more. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, sons, Cooper and Clay and Daughter, Charlotte. Shelby’s healthcare philosophy is to provide health promotion, primary prevention and evidence-based compassionate care with a holistic approach while meeting the needs of our patient population.

Tracy Allen, NP

Dr. Tracy Allen DNP, APRN, FNP-BC (owner) has over 30 years of healthcare experience. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lee College. Her belief in lifelong learning guided her through the completion of her BSN and MSN from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from University of Massachusetts-Boston and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chamberlain University. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse and a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
