Dr. Ernai Hernandez was born in Guantanamo, Cuba where he went on to earn a medical degree, and graduated with honors from the Habana Medical University. Dr Hernandez then residency in Family Medicine and worked as a primary care physician.
Arriving in the United States he completed a residency in Internal Medicine on Long Island, New York. He completed a fellowship with the supportive Care Team in MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX.
Dr. Hernandez has more than 10 years of experience in Medicine, with Special interest in Anti-aging Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, Skin Care and Mental Health.
He is currently a member American Academy of Facial Aesthetic and American Spa Association and Medical Director of Mederna Aesthetic and Wellness Medical Center.

Maya Case is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and medical weight management. She earned her DNP from UTHealth Cizik School of Nursing with a 4.0 GPA and holds certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
Maya provides comprehensive aesthetic and wellness services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, hair restoration therapies, PRP/PRF, microneedling, laser therapies, PDO thread lifting, peptide therapy, and medical-grade skincare treatments. She also evaluates and manages patients for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and GLP-1–based medical weight loss programs for both men and women.
Her clinical background in anesthesia pain services and Level I trauma critical care supports her procedural precision, patient safety standards, and advanced assessment skills. With an MBA in Marketing and International Business, Maya integrates evidence-based clinical care with strategic patient-centered practice management.
