After serving patients as a nurse practitioner for X years, Flor shifted her focus in 2022 to specialize in medical aesthetics, which aligns perfectly with her appreciation for skincare, Pilates, and indoor cycling. As owner and head practitioner of Rose Milk, Flor is dedicated to helping her patients achieve natural-looking results through scientifically validated methods and regenerative aesthetic modalities.

A first gen Latina, Flor earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UTHealth Houston and is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
