Diane Jennifer Rosaly is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed to provide family centered healthcare. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion,n, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care issues. Before becoming a registered nurse, Diane worked as clinical research coordinator at UTMB where she explored and was exposed to research studies involving substance abuse, eating disorders and depression. Diane experienced great satisfaction in her work with patients as this is where her passion and love working with patients started. Diane has five years of working as a registered RN in different areas of patient care such as orthopedic, trauma, neurology / neurosurgery and internal medicine. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and in Nursing. In order to fulfill and address the needs in her work with patients, Diane completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Texas Women’s University. She completed her clinical rotation experience at St. Elizabeth with Dr. Merritt and Dr. Rivera, where she received a strong practical foundation for the kind of holistic approach to patients that Diane feels is critical to good patient care.

Rafaelle Tkac, FNP

Rafaelle Tkac aka “Raffe” is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specialized in aesthetic medicine, Biote hormone replacement and wellness.

Raffe grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil and moved to The United States in 2011, when she fell in love with Houston’s hospitality and diverse culture.

Raffe decided to pursue a career in the nursing field and received her first degree in nursing at Alvin Community College, where she graduated with honors and earned her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2017. She continued her education and became a Family Nurse Practitioner at The University of Texas Health Center at Houston in 2022. Raffe always knew that she belonged in aesthetics. Her passion and enthusiasm cannot deny it.

Raffe has been receiving formal trainings as a nurse injector since 2018.

She acquired several certifications and a broad knowledge in the aesthetic medicine. Raffe is constantly participating in advanced trainings to make sure she deliveries up-to-date, safe, and reliable results to her patients. Her attention to detail, empathy, and transparency has made her patients feel appreciated, valued, and very satisfied with their results.

Raffe is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association.
