Kayla Renner, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at BCS Medical in Bryan, Texas, where she provides comprehensive and compassionate care for patients of all ages, including infants, teens, adults, and seniors. She takes a holistic and integrative approach to medicine, focusing on a patient’s overall health and well-being, and providing care aimed at prevention and health promotion.
After earning her associate’s degree in nursing at Blinn College-Bryan Campus in Bryan, Texas, Kayla completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas at Arlington in Texas. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas A & M University in College Station. Recognized for her academic achievements, Kayla was a Blinn College President’s Scholar, a member of the honor society at the University of Texas at Arlington, and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society while at Texas A & M University.
Dedicated to her profession, Kayla is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the Brazos Valley Nurse Practitioner Association, the Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the Junior League Bryan College Station. She is an AANP board-certified nurse practitioner.
To further her skillset and provide more advanced treatments for her patients, Kayla participated in advanced training in specialized ultrasound-guided injections and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Due to her nursing experience and training, Kayla understands the importance of a strong patient-provider relationship. She spends quality time with each of her patients to build the patient-provider bond that improves trust and care.
