She started her career as a Registered Nurse then very quickly went to P.A. school and graduated from Hahnemann University as a Physician Assistant. Her career started in Reproductive Endocrinology while working in Philadelphia and New York. She took a few years to raise her three sons and then began her career working in Aesthetics and has been an injector for 12 years. Her specialties include injectable filler, Botox, PRP injections, PDO Threads, Laser treatments and Weight Loss Treatments.

Daphne MacMillan, PA-C

Daphne MacMillan is a highly experienced Physician Assistant with a 30-year career spanning across general, vascular and plastic surgery. She began her academic journey at The Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, PA, graduating in 1986, and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from Denison University in 1990. She completed her PA training at Hahnemann University Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in surgical care.

Throughout her career, Daphne has been recognized for her clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and dedication to surgical excellence. In addition to her professional achievements, she is the proud mother of four children.
