Ralph is originally from Del City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Del City High School in 1974. Ralph served in the US Air Force from July 1975-December 1004 as a medic, paramedic, and Physician Assistant. He is a 1983 graduate of OSU-OKC with his ADN and went on to continue his education at OU-College of Medicine/USAF to become a Physician Assistant in 1986. He is nationally certified as a PA-C. Ralph is married to his wife Debbie and they have three children; Jason, Jeremy, and Jessica. In his spare time Ralph enjoys riding his Harley, camping, shooting, and Civil War Reenacting.
