Debra was born and raised in Mantee, MS. She graduated from Mississippi State University and afterward she attended Mississippi University for Women with her bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She then attended Delta State University where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Nursing and also received her Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Debra has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 20 years and loves taking care of her patient’s healthcare needs. Her daughter was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic when she was 8 years old so Debra became a Certified Diabetic Educator and is considered a subject matter expert in the field of Diabetes.
