Katharin, lovingly known as Kati, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2017 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2011. Coming from a family of healthcare professionals, Kati has always had a natural calling to care for others. Known for her kind and compassionate spirit, she builds meaningful connections with her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel supported—both during and after their visits. Outside of the clinic, Kati is a devoted wife and proud mom to a son and daughter.
Lacey Duncan is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Salt & Light Medical Clinic, as well as Co-owner of Veauxgue Health & Wellness. Lacey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2017 after becoming a Registered Nurse through the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2013. With experience in both hospital and urgent care settings, Lacey found her true passion in primary care, where she can build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with her patients. Known for her strong, driven personality and attention to detail, she is committed to going above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the highest level of care. Outside of the clinic, Lacey is a devoted wife and proud mom of two bright boys.
Joanie Graves is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Sprouts Family & Pediatric Health Clinic, as well as Co-owner of Veauxgue Health & Wellness. Joanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University in 2013 with a specialization in Pediatrics, and later returned to further her education, completing her Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University, earned in 2009. With most of her career spent in primary care, Joanie is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients. She takes the time to truly get to know each person, not just their symptoms, creating lasting relationships built on trust and care. Outside of the clinic, Joanie is a devoted wife and proud boy mom, often found cheering from the sidelines at the ball field.
