Charissa Phillips, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Charissa Phillips, APRN, NP-C, ABAAHP is the health optimization nurse practitioner at Hourglass Aesthetics. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Midway College in Kentucky. She completed her masters in Family Nurse Practitioner at Indiana Wesleyan University and is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Then she completed an advanced fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging (A4M) to become board certified with the Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP).

Prior to joining Hourglass, Charissa has over 12 years of bedside nursing experience working at the University of Kentucky Hospital, a level 1 trauma center, in the different departments specializing in cardiac care. She also has experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics.

However, her passion can be found in health optimization for the mind and body. She works closely with her clients to improve their lifestyle with resistance training, proper nutrition, appropriate supplementation, and hormone optimization (when clinically needed).

At Hourglass, Charissa does medical weight loss, is a certified BioTe provider for BHRT, a member of the SSRP for peptides, and promotes sexual wellness with the PRP O-shot and P-shot.
