With a strong background in both emergency medicine and medical aesthetics, Toby brings a wealth of experience and genuine passion for patient care. Graduating from Spalding University in Louisville in 2005, Toby has over a decade of ER experience at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Toby firmly believes that feeling good and confident is closely tied to overall health and well-being, and she is dedicated to helping patients achieve just that. In addition to her expertise in emergency medicine, Toby is excited to offer personalized aesthetic services, including injectables, weight loss management, and hormone therapies.
After graduating with a BSN from Western Kentucky University in 2015, Haley gained experience as a cardiovascular/thoracic nurse before pursuing her DNP in family medicine. It was during this time that her interest in dermatology and medical aesthetics grew.
Haley believes that confidence is vital to overall well-being and that medical aesthetics can play a transformative role in enhancing one’s overall health. She is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to R+ Med Spa, where she was drawn to the team’s exceptional training, genuineness, and dedication to safety and personalized care.
Haley will administer Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and advanced-level dermal fillers. Additionally, she will perform laser treatments and PRP injections for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. Haley will also provide consultations for skin treatments, urinary incontinence and hormone imbalance treatments, and wellness coaching.
Sherri Newman is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in Bowling Green, KY since 2010. She graduated from WKU in 1994 with her BSN and worked in the CCU setting for four years. In 1998, she transitioned to the field of Health and Wellness. Recognizing the need for practitioners in Preventative and Anti-Aging Care, Sherri decided to further her education and become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Sherri initially focused on weight management and discovered that there is more to weight loss than just diet and exercise. Through her own experience with hormone-related changes, she began researching hormone replacement therapy and its impact on weight loss and overall well-being. Witnessing positive results with her own hormone replacement therapy, Sherri knew she had found her passion and career path.
Outside of work, Sherri is married and has three sons. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, and her favorite place to relax is the beach. She also enjoys shopping.
