Jessica Knight, APRN

Jessica Knight grew up in Kansas City, MO. She started her nursing career as a a CNA and, after obtaining her BSN, started working in the Cardiac ICU at St. Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City in 2012. Since then, she has served as a travel nurse in many different cities and states, mainly in intensive care unit settings. For the 3 years prior to joining Hutchinson Primary Care Associates Jessica worked as a ICU nurse at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita while also completing her training to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Jessica believes she was called to help people at a very early age and is why she decided to go into healthcare and nursing. She appreciates and is honored to be a part of her patient’s care. She values providing empathetic high-quality care that is centered around patient’s needs and concerns.

Jessica moved to Mcpherson, KS 3 years ago with her wonderful husband Evan.

She is a diehard Mcpherson Bulldog fan, as her husband is the defensive coordinator for Mcpherson College Football. She has an amazing daughter named Haley and two dogs that are doodle mixes. Her favorite hobbies are reading, soccer, and spending time with family.

Alexandra Jones, APRN

Alex joins Hutchinson Regional following a nine-year career in healthcare, which started in 2013 as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. Other career stops include the Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington, the Sumer County Hospital in Caldwell, and for the past four-and-one half years, Jones has been employed by the Hunter Health Clinic in Wichita.

Jones received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Wichita State University in 2012 followed by a Masters Degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (FNP) from Fort Hays State University in 2017.
