Kelsey Meyer is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping both women and men feel their best through personalized, comprehensive healthcare. She is excited to bring BioTE® hormone optimization and wellness services to AST Primary Care in Carlyle, Illinois.

Kelsey is passionate about helping patients better understand their hormones and how they can impact overall health and quality of life. Abbey Dempsey, FNP

Abbey Dempsey is a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel confident, energized, and like the best version of themselves. She specializes in hormone optimization and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, with additional expertise in medical weight management, peptide therapy, wellness, and aesthetic medicine.
Abbey believes that feeling your best starts with looking at the whole person—not just treating individual symptoms. She takes a personalized approach to care, listening to each patient’s concerns and developing treatment plans tailored to their individual goals, symptoms, and lifestyle.
Through BioTE® hormone optimization and a comprehensive approach to wellness, Abbey enjoys helping both women and men address concerns such as fatigue, changes in weight and body composition, decreased libido, changes in mood, and other symptoms associated with hormonal imbalance and aging.

Kylie Newcomb, NP, FNP-BC

Kylie Newcomb is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Surgical Technology with a clinical focus on vascular surgery, general surgery, and hormone optimization.

She brings the training of a master’s-level clinician and the hands-on experience of a surgical nurse to every patient encounter.

Kylie earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University in February 2025.

She previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in May 2022 and her Associate of Science in Nursing at Kaskaskia College in October 2020.
