Matt Hodges, FNP-BC is a graduate of Appling County Comprehensive High School as well as Valdosta State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then received his Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at South University. Matt is currently employed with Appling Medical Group. Matt has a beautiful daughter, Ivy Katherine Hodges.
Matt enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the beach, and playing golf. To better serve our patients, Matt is located in Baxley and is excepting new patients.
