Arthur Clements, MD, PHD
Arthur Clements, MD, PhD, provides expert gynecology care in Tallahassee and North Florida. A native of Tallahassee, Dr. Clements continues the legacy of his father, who practiced obstetrics and gynecology in the area for over 40 years.
Education and Medical Training
Clements earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and his PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from Florida State University. He completed his medical degree at the University of Monterrey and his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tulane University, where he received the Dr. Lee and Dr. Bohm Teaching Award and served as Administrative Chief Resident at Charity Hospital.
Leadership and Professional Recognition
Dr. Clements has served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He holds board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He currently serves as District 12 Section 1 Chair of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).

Dr. Clements also contributes to public service. He also serves as Education Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Florida State University College of Medicine. He has been recognized as one of America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Clements enjoys outdoor activities throughout North Florida. He and his wife, Patricia Clements, PhD, have two daughters, Claire and Meredith.
VICTORIA VALDEZ, APRN
Victoria Valdez is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) at North Florida Women’s Care in Tallahassee, Florida. A Vanderbilt University School of Nursing graduate, she specializes in comprehensive gynecological care, hormone health, and quality-of-life medicine for women at every stage of life.

Victoria earned her advanced nursing degree from the prestigious Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her unique background in psychology and women’s mental health informs her holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
