Dr. Karen Toppi is a partner with OB/GYN Associates of St Augustine. Her office is in Palm Coast. She has been practicing gynecology only since 2004. She is well known for her individual based compassionate care for her patients and was named Top Doc of Volusia/Flagler Counties by the News Journal.
She has been a proponent of HRT and has been prescribing Bio identical HRT since the late 1990’s. She now is strictly office based and is devoting more time to menopause and Bio identical HRT.
