Dr. Linette Rivera is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine as well as Endocrinology and Metabolism. She offers expert guidance in Aesthetic Medicine and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. She was one of the founders of Bella Mia Medical Aesthetics and Laser Institute in Tampa, Florida and is now opening Glanz Aesthetics, a new luxurious aesthetic clinic in Miami, Fl.
Dr. Rivera got her undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico, then went on to pursue a degree in medicine at UCC School of Medicine, also in Puerto Rico. She did her residency in Internal Medicine and her fellowship training in Endocrinology at the University of South Florida in Tampa. In addition to her medical expertise, Dr. Rivera has extensive training in alternative medicine, allowing her to design treatment plans that combine the best of both fields.
She believes each patient is unique and deserves a comprehensive, customized treatment plan that suits their needs and concerns. After practicing as an Endocrinologist in the community and using Bioidentical Hormones for several years she believes the secret to achieving a healthy lifestyle and a better quality of life is restoring hormone balance and preserving beauty and confidence at any age.
She is a KOL speaker and trainer for Alma Lasers and travels around the US and Latin America speaking about her passion for laser devices and training other providers on combination therapies and advanced laser techniques. She also speaks for multiple aesthetic organizations about aesthetic treatments and Laser Safety.
Being Hispanic, she has passionately learned about the different ethnic skin tones and how to treat them safely and effectively with different laser modalities.
