Richard Chern, MD

Dr Richard Chern has been seeing patients for nearly 25 years. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and has experience in both traditional and non-traditional medicine. After completing his residency he joined the Air Force as an Active Duty Flight Surgeon. He later became a member of the National Guard and finally a member or the Air Force Reserves and continues to serve at Eglin AFB. He has experience in public health, physiology, travel medicine, fatigue management and has provided volunteer medical services over the past 20 years. He is also trained to perform aesthetics as well as being certified to provide BioTE bio-identical hormone replacement.

Dr Chern is known for being personable and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure each patient feels like are part of our family.

Nancy Cook, APRN

Mandy is a native of Chipley, Florida. She graduated from Chipley High School. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from nearby Chipola College. She went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and is certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her accomplishment of becoming a Nurse Practitioner at the age of 50 was pursued with the sole purpose of specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy. Biote certification means that residents in and near her hometown have access to the leading company in subcutaneous pellet therapy. She has been married for 32 years, mom of two daughters and one son, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and three granddaughters. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
