A native of Iowa, Dr. Kelly M. Lennon is an honors graduate of Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctorate in Medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Florida – Jacksonville. For his final year of training, Dr. Lennon was named academic Chief Resident, a position appointed by his fellow residents and faculty. Dr. Lennon moved to the Denver area, where he became a founding physician of South Denver Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. In 2015, Dr. Lennon enthusiastically added BioTE Medical BHRT to enhance the women””s health solutions provided by the practice.
Along with being the father of three children, Dr. Lennon is involved in many activities and organizations, both professional and private. He is a board certified member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has served as Chief of Staff for four years for Littleton Adventist Hospital. Dr. Lennon currently serves on the Littleton Adventist Community Board, Arapahoe Douglas Elbert Medical Society Board, Quality Assurance Committee, Patient Satisfaction Committee and Physician Technical Director for Littleton Adventist Hospital.
Raised in the mid-west from a strong Catholic family of twelve, Dr. Lennon has a sincere appreciation of traditional family values. His outside interests include reading, gardening, cooking, snow boarding, Home Brewing and (of course) golf.
Dr. Kimberly van Scriver is a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician by the ACOG. She earned a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of California Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arizona. After completing her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Dr. van Scriver completed Residencies at the University of Oklahoma, the University of New Mexico and the University of Florida. She has been practicing OBGYN since 1998, and joined South Denver OBGYN in October 2014.
Originally from Connecticut, Vabessa moved to Colorado in 2008 with her husband. She became a Registered Nurse in 2011 and earned her BSN from Anna Maria College in 2015.
In 2024, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, where she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2027.
She is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology, infertility care, and hormone replacement therapy.
She takes pride in building professional and trusting relationships with her patients and colleagues. She encourages shared decision-making and places a strong emphasis on education, both in response to disease and disorder and as a proactive approach to promoting physical and spiritual health.
Her career has been dedicated to advancing women’s health through patient-centered care and holistic support across the lifespan.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and their families. She loves baking and sharing homemade treats with friends and loved ones—a passion that combines creativity and connection, much like her approach to healthcare.
Dr. Neal Trulock is originally from Southwest Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina. He went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018, graduating with honors. Dr. Trulock completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in affiliation with the USF Morsani College of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, reflecting his dedication to excellence in women’s healthcare.
Dr. Trulock provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for women at every stage of life. His clinical interests include preventive and well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum management, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight management. He also diagnoses and treats complex gynecologic conditions such as endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and ovarian cysts. In addition, he specializes in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, offering advanced surgical options designed to promote faster recovery and improved outcomes.
Known for his approachable demeanor and attentive listening, Dr. Trulock believes in building lasting relationships with his patients. He partners with women to create individualized care plans that support long-term health, confidence, and overall well-being.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Trulock enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid skier and tennis player, enjoys mountain biking and hiking, and has a passion for cooking and yoga.
Wendy earned her nursing degree in 2007 where she began working in outpatient women’s healthcare and as a labor and delivery nurse. She received her Master of Science Degree from the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2017.
While working as a WHNP she completed her post graduate certificate in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus in 2023. She joined South Denver OB/GYN and Midwives in 2024 where she can continue her passion to care for women throughout their lifespan and supporting them through birth.
Wendy has a passion for helping patients with their weight loss journey using advanced GLP-1 and GLP-2 therapies.
She is a Colorado Native and loves living in this beautiful state. She is a huge Denver Broncos fan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her five children and attending their sporting events.
