Dr. Murray joined Urological Associates of Western Colorado in Grand Junction in 2000. He is a former clinical staff member at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he served as the Residency Directory at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Murray has served as Chief of Surgery, Chairman of the Operating Room Steering Committee, and Board Member at St. Mary””s Hospital. He is currently the Chairman of the Robotic Steering Committee and is working to develop a Robotic Center of Excellence at St. Mary””s Hospital. Dr. Murray is a member of the Rocky Mountain Urological Society, Colorado Medical Society, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Murray graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then went on to receive his medical doctorate with honors from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and the National Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in urologic surgery where he was named Chief Resident in urologic surgery. Dr. Murray is board certified by the American Board of Urology in adult and pediatric urology.At Urological Associates of Western Colorado in Grand Junction Dr. Murray devotes his practice to urologic oncology and pediatric urology. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery with the daVinci robot:

Dr. Laurel Bartholomay is the founder and medical director of Canyon View Wellness & Spa. She is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has been in private practice in Grand Junction, Colorado since 1994, providing a full spectrum of OB-GYN services, including high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive surgery.
In 2011 Dr. Bartholomay made the decision to concentrate exclusively on gynecology in order to spend more time with her family. Now working at The Pelvic Health & Wellness Center, the Western Slope’s first multi-specialty approach to women’s healthcare, she practices a full continuum of gynecology with interests in vulvar disorders, sexual dysfunction and menopause management, including compounding hormone replacement therapy and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Bartholomay grew up in North Dakota, received her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and completed her OB-GYN residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. She is board certified in OB-GYN and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the International Society of the Study of Women’s Sexual Health and the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians. She is married with two children and enjoys living in western Colorado, riding horses, skiing and knitting.
Dr. Bartholomay was motivated to open Canyon View Wellness & Spa to be able to offer patients a full spectrum of therapies to optimize their health and sense of well-being, and to look and feel as vibrant as possible. She believes that if we look better, we feel better and can then make healthier choices in diet and exercise.
Lauren Holmes is a Physician Assistant who joined the Urological Associates of Western Colorado and the Pelvic Health and Wellness Center in 2019. Lauren grew up in Keller, Texas and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where she received a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry in 2014. She then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
She is certified through the National Commission of Physician Assistants and is excited about providing BioTe hormone replacement therapy for men and women. Outside of work Lauren enjoys Jujutsu, hiking, and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Caroline Hendrix, NP joined Urological Associates in 2021. She received her BSN and MSN at the University of Louisiana in Monroe, LA. Caroline is passionate about making a real differences in her patient’s lives. Caroline loves people and she wants her patients to leave the office knowing that they are receiving high-quality, compassionate care.
The most exciting part of work for Caroline is learning new things. This includes new skills and new information on the latest treatments and best practices. She very much enjoys the medical field and learning. Caroline moved here with her husband and 5 dogs. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, rescuing dogs, and spending time with family.

Zeph Quigley is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined our Colorado Surgical Affiliates team in 2020. Zeph grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado and is happy to be practicing in the Western Slope. He attended Colorado State University and received a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2013. He then finished a Bachelor’s in Nursing at Denver School of Nursing in 2015.
Zeph was a clinical nurse at UCHealth in Aurora and locally at St. Mary’s Hospital. He went on to obtain a Masters in Nursing from University of Colorado Denver. He is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
He takes pride in serving the community he grew up in. Zeph truly enjoys practicing comprehensive urological care to male and female patients as well as providing BioTE hormone optimization in our medical spa.

Zeph is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. His interests include golf, hiking, traveling and professional sports.
Michelle Mason joined our practice in July of 2021. She obtained her Master in PA Studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and her BS in Biology at the University of Arkansas. She takes pleasure in getting to get to know her patients personally and sees each interaction as a unique opportunity to better each individual’s well-being.
Michelle is passionate about providing quality medical care to each of her patients and indulges in educating each individual on the options available so that they may make the best decisions for themselves. She lives with her partner of 10 years as well as their two cats. Her past times include hiking, camping, cooking, and swing dancing.
