Building HER Inc. is a dream come true. Never in a million years could I have imagined myself being a CEO of a practice that I built, immersed in my life’s passion for Surgery, Hormones and Integrative Medicine. I was that scrawny malnourished kid working three jobs just to help my parents make ends meet. My father was a mechanic and my mother cleaned houses. We lived in a one bedroom apartment with my 5 siblings in the heart of South Central Los Angeles. Growing up in poverty was both humbling and empowering. It helped me appreciate all the little things and it gave me an incredible drive to help others. It is these principles and values that I hope to bring to my patients. My ultimate goal is to have a practice that feels like home. My greatest joy is providing a better quality of life for my patients. Education helped me get to where I am today. I made a promise to always provide my patients with the most up-to-date information by committing to lifelong learning. I am not your ordinary gynecologist. I took the time to do a fellowship both in Integrative and Regenerative Medicine as well as Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery. I have a voracious appetite for learning and every day I make an effort to learn something new for my patients. You can access my educational videos and podcast to get a sense of who I am.
Dr. Djapri (the “D” is silent) was personally recruited by Dr.Rodriguez for her strong work ethic, commitment to patients and amazing personality. She joined the HER Inc Family in 2019 and we cannot imagine life before her. She was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and immigrated to the United States in 2003 right out of high school. She completed two years in El Camino College and transferred to UCLA knowing that she wanted to pursue a career in medicine. She was accepted into medical
school at the University of Miami and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Florida. She chose to be a gynecologist because she felt that she could relate to women. She loved that our field is multifaceted and included both a surgical and clinical component. Dr. Djapri is brilliant, meticulous and comprehensive in her assessment of all her patients. She has been an amazing addition to our team.
Judy has been the icing on the cake for our team. She worked in the NICU at Cedar Sinai Medical Center for 13 yrs before she decided to transition to women’s health. She joined our HER Inc Family in 2019 and has spear-headed both our hormone replacement and weight loss programs. Judy is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She takes any opportunity for learning and magnifies it by 10. She is always the first to sign up for educational conferences, taking vigorous notes. We love the relationships that she fosters with her patients, many becoming like family to her. She is incredibly empathetic and relatable. She speaks perfect Spanish and will find a way into your heart. We cannot imagine HER Inc without her. Judy will be your greatest advocate when it comes to your health.
