Dr. Parveen Kaur, MD, ABOM, DipABLM is the founding physician of Tula Healthcare in San Ramon, California. She leads a patient-centered primary care practice focused on holistic, preventive medicine, with an emphasis on helping patients prevent and reverse chronic disease.
With over 25 years of diverse experience in primary care across community health clinics and corporate healthcare settings, Dr. Kaur brings a strong women’s health background to her practice and is known for her compassionate, personalized approach that integrates evidence-based family medicine with lifestyle and obesity medicine.
Dr. Kaur earned her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi, and completed her Family Medicine residency at the MercyOne Family Residency Program in Des Moines, Iowa. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and holds additional certifications in Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She is also a BioTE® certified provider, reflecting her commitment to offering integrative, holistic care, including hormone optimization when appropriate.
