My career began with a medical degree from the Indiana School of Medicine in 2001, followed by a Family Medicine residency completed in 2004. Beyond serving nearly a decade as an associate director in a leading urgent care group in Southern California, my path led me to create Inspire Wellness in 2011.

With 25 years of medical expertise and 14 years of wellness innovation, I’ve dedicated my career to the art of wellness.
