Dr. Phillips graduated at the top of her class in high school and went on to major in Physiological Sciences from UCLA, graduating with honors in 1993. While at UCLA, she conducted neuromuscular research and co-authored published studies as part of the UCLA Brain Research Institute. In 1997, Dr. Phillips received her M.D. degree from the prestigious USC, Keck School of Medicine. She then completed rigorous academic and clinical training during her family medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2000. Since residency, she has worked at Kaiser Permanente, County of Riverside Public Health Department, and private practice settings.
Over the years, Dr. Phillips has pursued and achieved a subspecialization in cosmetic dermatology as well as, regenerative medicine by completing substantial trainings and additional certifications. Dr. Phillips and her team are devoted to excellence, expertise and integrity in every aspect of healthcare. Michele is a UCLA-trained Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with 25+ years of experience. She is certified in both Adult Medicine and Gynecology and has a passion for preventive health as well as Women’s Health.
Michelle has received additional training and certification in Bioidentical Hormone Optimization and enjoys restoring energy and improving metabolism to slow down the effects of aging due to hormonal deficiencies.

Robert served in the US Army in the early 1990s and as a combat veteran who worked as a medic. After the Army, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from University of California at Irvine and completed the Physician Assistant Program at Western University of Health Sciences in 1998.
Robert combines his knowledge and experience in skin health, with the art of skin rejuvenation. He specializes in light and laser treatments such as IPL and CO2 resurfacing, Botox and dermal fillers, microneedling and miraDry. Robert””s true strength is learning everything he can about cosmetic and medical dermatology to be the expert and wealth of knowledge for our patients!
