Dr. Randall E. Feezell, M.D.
Dr. Randall Feezell is a board-certified OB/GYN, bariatric medicine specialist, and founder of New Directions Health and Wellness.
With over four decades of experience, Dr. Feezell has dedicated his career to women’s health, hormone therapy, and the treatment of obesity and its related conditions. He is also board-certified in functional and regenerative medicine. Dr. Feezell completed his master’s degree in anthropology and has been a BioTe® certified provider since 2015.
A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Feezell serves as a respected physician in Fort Smith and Northwest Arkansas, holding leadership roles in both clinical practice and medical education. His academic contributions include serving as an assistant professor and lecturer in immunology and biological anthropology at the University of Arkansas.
Dr. Feezell is known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach, integrating evidence-based medicine with personalized care to promote lifelong wellness.
Tabitha Pevey, PA-C
Tabitha Pevey, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With a strong clinical background in cardiology and internal medicine, she is passionate about building trusting provider-patient relationships and enjoys caring for diverse populations across all ages and backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Tabitha has delivered comprehensive medical care that includes preventive services, acute treatment, chronic disease management, and weight-loss management. She works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure each patient receives personalized and holistic care. Clear communication and patient education remain central to her approach, empowering individuals and families to better understand their health and make informed decisions.
Tabitha attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she graduated from the Physician Assistant Program in 2017. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2014. She remains committed to ongoing learning, professional growth, and staying current with best practices in healthcare.
Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her husband, Gerald, and their four children, going to the lake, and taking part in the many local events Northwest Arkansas has to offer. She welcomes opportunities for professional collaboration, patient referrals, and meaningful healthcare discussions, and is always open to connecting with colleagues, patients, and others passionate about improving health and well-being.
