Dr. Bonds earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi, graduating summa cum laude as a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi, where he served as Chief Resident. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Before joining Medical Associates of the Shoals, Dr. Bonds practiced with North Mississippi Health Services in Iuka, Mississippi, where he served as Chief of Staff. Her professional background includes extensive experience in cardiovascular critical care, where she served as both a staff nurse and charge nurse in the Coronary Care Unit and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at ECM Hospital and North Alabama Medical Center. Caring for critically ill patients and their families strengthened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and appreciation for the importance of compassion during vulnerable moments.

Since 2020, Anna Margaret has practiced as a nurse practitioner with Medical Associates of the Shoals, providing care in urgent care and primary care settings.
