Greg Banks MD, FACOG, FACS earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, Tennessee. His residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the Fellowship of American College of Surgeons. He is a proctor for Davinci Robotic Surgery and is a preceptor for University of Alabama PA School. He is currently on staff at Brookwood Medical Center specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has served as Chairman of both the Obstetrical Process Improvement Committee and the Gynecologic Process Improvement Committee at Brookwood Medial Center. He is a member of the Birmingham OB GYN Society and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the Jefferson County Medical Society.

He has a special interest in high risk obstetrics, minimally invasive robotic surgery and pelvic reconstructive surgery. He enjoys personalized care for women at all stages of life.
