Mallak, RN, BSN graduated with her BSN from Concordia University in Wisconsin and worked as a Neuro ICU RN for 4 years prior to joining Live Hydration Spa in Whitefish Bay. Mallak’s interest in pursuing nursing started when she cared for her mom, who was going through treatment for metastatic cancer. Knowing how much of an impact nurses had, she wanted to become one. Mallak has always had a passion for holistic and natural care; she was always on the hunt for natural remedies and vitamin therapies to help her mom feel her best. She believes in the body’s own healing abilities and wanted to focus on that. She knew there were many nursing pathways she could take, but working at Live Hydration Spa meant she could provide high-quality, detail-oriented care for her clients. During her short time working at Live Hydration Spa, she realized hormonal imbalance is a common issue many women and men face. To be able to offer hormone replacement therapy and help clients truly feel the benefits and effects of that is beyond exciting and fulfilling. Mallak is excited to start this journey and become Biote certified!

Karly Wilkins graduated from Canisius College in 2007 with a B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science while playing NCAA Division One Basketball. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in 2011, and completed Marquette’s Post-Graduate Fellowship
in Emergency Medicine in 2012. Karly worked more than ten years in the emergency department with additional time spent in ENT, occupational medicine, and urgent care. Karly has a passion for teaching and has been an adjunct faculty member with Marquette’s Physician Assistant Program since 2011, currently focusing on medicine for the homeless.
Karly became interested in integrative medicine as a result of dealing with her own chronic back pain and anxiety. After years of trying traditional medicine without much relief, she began to consider a more innovative approach. Karly discovered that integrative medicine sparked her curiosity and she began to implement the care into her daily practice. She is constantly striving to improve herself but also understands the importance of a health care provider who truly listens to the patient. Karly’s love of medicine, her willingness to advocate, and her strong desire to assist others ideally combine to help patients get their lives back.
