Heather Stoner, APRN

Heather Stoner brings a wealth of expertise accumulated over 14 years in Women’s Health Nursing, with a decade of working as a Nurse Practitioner in various settings. She is highly skilled and trained in Women’s Health and Aesthetic Nursing. Heather started her career in 2010 as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Prentice Women’s Hospital, Northern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She quickly obtained her Master’s of Science in Nurse degree at Loyola University, and began working in Obstetrics and Gynecology with her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner license. She currently holds licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. Heather has a special interest in improving the quality of life of all her patients, and an unwavering commitment to helping women feel their best self in all phases of their lifespan. She enjoys focusing on aspects of health that traditional medicine doesn’t typically address: pelvic health, sexual health, hormone optimization, and weight management. Heather is currently employed at Medical Grade Aesthetics where she uses her vast knowledge of Women’s Health to better the lives of her patients’ on all levels. She believes that all clients deserve to not only look healthy, but to feel healthyl. She has advanced training in Emsella, Emfemme, Emsculpt, weight management with Semaglutide, and hormone optimization with BioTE which is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Heather places a high value on education and believes that she will be a student for life, always learning and collaborating with others in the field in order to provide the most current aesthetic treatments, with the safest and most advanced techniques.

Jen Yeager, DNP

Jen Yeager, DNP, is the founder of Medical Grade Aesthetics. After earning a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jen
continued her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she
earned a master’s degree and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). She also
holds specialty certifications as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse
Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
Jen began practicing in 2007 at an academic medical center. She worked in
Critical Care and Trauma Surgery for 12 years before discovering aesthetic
medicine and applying her skills to the emerging fields of nonsurgical
cosmetic procedures and wellness treatments. Jen dove right into Medical
Grade Aesthetics, dedicating herself to being a full-time provider in the field
she loves and building the best team of providers to care for her patients in a
welcoming environment. She strives to improve the quality of patients’ lives
by enhancing their image, inspiring confidence and sharing the
transformative benefits of self-care and well-being.
Jen is actively involved with professional organizations and educational
programs. She is a founding member of the Wisconsin Aesthetic Provider
Coalition (WAPC). Jen is a member of the American Med Spa Association
(AmSpa), the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine
(IAPAM), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the
American Nurses Association (ANA), and the International Society of Plastic
and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN). She is an educator in multidisciplinary
healthcare teams and schools of nursing, as well as a presenter at surgical
conferences, and has been published in the official journal of the ANA.
A lifelong stateline area resident, Jen enjoys cooking, golfing, traveling,
discovering new podcasts and documentaries, a good laugh, and spending
time with her friends, husband, children and dogs.
