Her career spans multiple specialties — from working alongside an orthopedic spine surgeon to years spent in the emergency department and urgent care. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Tina built a strong foundation as a registered nurse in both the ER and the operating room.
Tina is the founder of FLO Wellness and Aesthetics, where she blends her medical expertise with her passion for root-cause wellness. She focuses on helping clients achieve optimal health through weight loss management, hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic medicine — creating personalized care plans that promote balance, confidence, and longevity.
Outside the clinic, Tina enjoys staying active through CrossFit, spending time with her husband of 25 years, and enjoying life with their two adult children, three cats, and two French Bulldogs. Her mission is simple: to empower others to feel strong, healthy, and confident — inside and out.
