Emily got her Bachelor’s in nursing degree at the University of Nevada, Reno.

She started her career as an RN working primarily in the ER which later expanded to include gero-pysch and ICU.

She enjoys the critical thinking involved with high acuity patient care.

She obtained her CEN and CCRN while creating improved hospital protocols to transition patients from the ER to the ICU.

For her Master’s in nursing she returned to UNR where she did rotations in Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine, and Primary Care.

Post-Master’s she was credentialled as a hospitalist where she managed a wide range of inpatient and outpatient conditions.

She left the hospital system to take an opportunity to manage multiple Urgent Cares while continuing to practice in both Family Practice and Urgent Care.

She has opened her own practice to create a space for fully integrative and personalized healthcare.

She enjoys providing non-judgemental, evidence-based care to her patients.

She finds the provider-patient relationships to be enriching, satisfying, and central to a personalized care plan.

Emily strives to utilize preventative measures to ensure her patients live healthy, functional, and happy lives.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, photography, hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family.
