Justin Mckenna, PA-C

Justin is a dedicated professional who has been a part of the Fountain of You MD team since April 2024. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine. Justin achieved these degrees through the Inter-Service Physician Assistant Program offered by the United States Air Force in 2011 and 2012, respectively. After completing his education, Justin spent three years practicing family medicine and also worked part-time in emergency medicine. In 2015, he was selected for and successfully completed a PA fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery, further enhancing his expertise. For the following three years, Justin served as an Orthopedic practitioner in Anchorage, Alaska. Later, he relocated to Hampton, Virginia, where he continued practicing Orthopedics at Langley AFB. In 2021, Justin earned his Doctorate of Medical Science degree from the University of Lynchburg. With a distinguished military career, Justin retired from the Active-Duty Air Force in March 2024 after serving for 25.5 years, including four combat deployments. Although Justin considers Maine his home, he currently resides on the beach in Hampton with his daughter, son, and two dogs. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys quality time with his children, attending concerts, and participating in various sports activities such as basketball, softball, soccer, and weightlifting. He also takes pleasure in engaging in home improvement projects.
Justin’s passion lies in promoting health and wellness. He understands the difficulties individuals face when they are not feeling their best or are struggling to lose weight despite making positive lifestyle changes. Justin strongly believes in providing compassionate care and empowering patients by educating them about the available options to help them achieve their goals.

Jeffrey Arbuckle, MD

Dr. Arbuckle’s intuitive approach to medicine includes educating and empowering his patients and their families to identify, treat and decrease their risk factors. He is an advocate for his patients and appreciates the complexity of the human condition and the process of aging. He is loved by his patients due to his expertise and warm personality. Dr. Arbuckle’s gentle approach, friendly demeanor, and incomparable bedside manner are endearing to those around him.
Jeffrey Arbuckle, M.D. resides in the North End and enjoys spending time with his 4 children on the beaches of Virginia Beach. He is an avid practitioner of yoga, Pilates, and spin classes and practices an organic lifestyle.

Martha Pandajis, PA-C

Martha is a board-certified Physician Assistant whose educational experiences and personal journey with aesthetics have led to her joining our practice. After graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University, Martha decided to continue her schooling to become a Master’s medical aesthetician. She worked in plastic surgery for several years before deciding to become a Physician Assistant. In 2021, she graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. She moved back to the area after living in Houston, TX, where she worked in Facial Plastic Surgery and specialized in cosmetic injectables, medical weight loss management, as well as hormone replacement and optimization. She is a member of the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants (SDPA), Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA), and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). With her experiences and passion for aesthetics and hormone optimization, as well as training in general medicine, she strives to provide the best results and patient care possible. Patients enjoy her friendly bedside manner and appreciate her attention to detail. She strongly believes in patient education and continuing education for herself to stay up to date on advances in medicine. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs, visiting local historic sites, and providing education on aesthetics, weight loss management, and hormone optimization to her over 19k followers on social media.
