Jessica Launh, APRN: Jessica is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is the Medical Director at MD Esthetics in Nashua NH. She has over 20 years of nursing experience and has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island, after graduating practiced as an RN in a critical care cardiac unit. This elite level of patient care gave her the drive for further education after which she pursued her master’s degree from Rivier University.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica understands the value of listening and understanding the patient’s perspective. Her goal is to make patients feel more confident in their own skin and address their concerns about how they look and feel. Patient education is a core value for her, she takes time educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plans. Through her passion and experience Jessica offers optimal skincare treatments and solutions.

Jessica completed her master’s esthetics education through MD Esthetics. She has been trained by Dr. Pedro and the MD Esthetics providers in facial assessment and optimization as well facial rejuvenation. Jessica is a certified master level injector for injectables, as well as training in advanced lasers.

As an NP, also offers a complement of medical wellness adjunct treatments including HRT and weight loss treatments.

Jessica enjoys both coaching and cheering on youth sports for her young girl’s soccer team. She enjoys life with her husband and two children who are very active in sports. Jessica loves spending time with her extended family and thee little dogs.

Caroline Ford, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, specializes in hormone optimization through use of Biote at North Beach Plastic Surgery in Virginia Beach, VA and MD Esthetics in Norfolk, VA. She is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. Upon graduation, she became a Registered Nurse through East Coast Polytechnic Institute. Driven by a passion for preventative

medicine discovered during her tenure at Sentara Heart Hospital, Caroline pursued a Master of Nursing at Vanderbilt University. She then served as a Primary Care Provider in Christiansburg, VA. For over nine years, she has provided comprehensive care to a diverse patient demographic, always ensuring high standards of care and utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Caroline is dedicated to helping individuals feel their best and age gracefully. She employs a highly personalized approach to help her patients achieve their wellness goals. Her practice is grounded in the philosophy of working with her patients to understand their unique needs and preferences, empowering them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Michelle Smith, FNP-C is a master injector and laser technician with 2 year’s experience in the esthetic industry and vast experience with numerous lasers, dermal fillers, medical skin treatments and procedures. She has a passion for functional medicine, providing weight loss treatments and is now a platinum provider for BioTE (Hormone Replacement Therapy). Michelle is here to help you reach all of your comprehensive wellness and aesthetic goals. Outside of spending time with patients she is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, The National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and The American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery. Along with Esthetics, Michelle has spent time working as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine and Orthopedic Medicine. Michelle earned her Associate Degre in Nursing from Tidewater Community College, her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Sentara College of Health Sciences, and her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University. Her goal is to build a lasting and trusting relationship with her patients, help them look and feel their best, and most importantly improve their confidence!
