Courtney is a Utah native. She is a board certified physician assistant who received her education at the University of South Alabama. She also has a bachelors of Medical Laboratory Science from Weber State University. Courtney treats patients in all stages of life with a holistic individualized and preventative approach in treatment plans. She has special interest in women’s health management and is practiced in various gynecologic procedures, contraceptive management and weight management. Courtney is also a certified cosmetic injector who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best both on the inside and out. In her free time she enjoys hiking, hanging out with her dogs and camping. She loves to travel, workout and spend time with family and friends.
Holly Wortley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Holly was born and raised in Woods Cross, Utah. Holly currently resides in North Salt Lake. Holly began her medical career as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the operating room. Holly, went on to complete her registered nursing degree through Weber State University and continued to earn a Bachelor’s degree. Holly has ten years of working experience as a circulating registered nurse in the operating room at St. Marks Hospital and Moutain West Surgery Center. Holly previously worked for PRA health sciences as a registered nurse clinical coordinator. Holly earned her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in December 2021.
Holly finds the greatest joy in teaching her three children about health, wellness, and helping others. In her spare time, Holly likes to craft, cook, garden, read, and explore our beautiful world.
