He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas, Health Science Center of Houston and his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from Texas A&M University. Dr. Thompson is a current member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Emergency Medicine Residents Association, the Texas College of Emergency Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
