Alexandra Borsboom, NP is a board certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and practiced as an RN for 5 years before obtaining her master’s degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Codie enjoys treating a wide variety of patients with special interest in preventative medicine and gerontology. She believes that trust and collaboration are the foundation for her patient-provider relationships.
