years and a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for 21 years. Her focus in nursing for twenty years was surgery where she performed first assisting duties, including skin closure and wound care. Her desire to practice closer to home and become more involved in the community led her to obtain certification in medical aesthetics and open Deja Vu Medispa in 2011. Beginning in 2013 she also worked as a nurse practitioner at EpiCentre in Dallas for the over 7 years.
She lived in Terrell for 41years with her husband, moving to Golden, TX in December of 2023. They have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. They love to travel and spend time with their grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, knitting, weaving, and raising chickens, deer, cats, and dogs.
