Dr. Natalie Drake specializes in treatment of women’s hormone pellets in Houston, TX and The Woodlands, TX. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Drake completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma and earned her Medical Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She finished her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Dallas, TX then went on to be a Clinical Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School.

Dr. Drake and her husband, Richard Drake, M.D., a Gynecologic Oncologist, moved in 2007 to Cleveland, Ohio to begin positions on staff at the Cleveland Clinic. She was a Clinical Assistant Professor at both the Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner College of Medicine and at Case Western University School of Medicine. She won the APGO medical student teaching award and completed the Cleveland Clinic’s Distinguished Educator Series.

Alison Atkins , NP

Alison is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in gynecologic oncology at Oncology Specialists of Texas.

Alison began her undergraduate program at the University of Houston before. completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree at The University of Texas Heath Science

Center at Houston. Alison then began her career working as a surgical trauma nurse in addition to being a preceptor and charge nurse at Ben Taub Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Working with a variety of diverse patients allowed her to develop an expansive knowledge base of experience that has contributed to herpassion for patient care. During this time, Alison continued her education and completed a Master’s of Science degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and is accredited as a nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Richard Drake , MD

Dr. Richard Drake attained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan.

He earned his doctorate at Wayne State University Medical School where he also did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He went on to do a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.

After fellowship he became an Assistant Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner College of Medicine and at Case Western University School of Medicine.

He served as the Director of Research for Gynecologic Oncology.

In 2013 Dr. Drake moved back to Texas.

His passion for holistic cancer care led him to search for ways to improve the quality of life for his patients.
