MEET DR. MELANIE CARREON
Dr. Melanie Carreon is a board-certified medical doctor who primarily focuses in surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic treatments for the face, body, and skin. She has been a Medical Physician for over 20 years and has been performing liposuction for over 15 years. She founded Laser Cosmetic Solutions Medical Spa in April 2004 and since then has performed over 4,000 liposuction surgeries. Her unique niche has led to thousands of life-transforming outcomes for both men and women in the Seguin, surrounding areas of New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, Austin, Houston, and out-of-state. Dr. Carreon loves what she does and enjoys every opportunity to help others through cosmetic care.
SKILLS AND PRACTICE
Dr. Carreon is a licensed physician who focuses on liposuction and non-invasive procedures for the body and skin. Liposuction and Brazilian butt lifts are the only minimal invasive procedures she performs and are some of her most popular services. She offers several approaches to liposuction using tumescent technique since 2005 which is under local anesthesia, Smart-Lipo since June 2007 also known as laser liposuction. In addition to laser liposuction, she and her team perform a variety of non-surgical laser treatment procedures to address hyperpigmentation, hair growth, vein removal, and vaginal rejuvenation. She and her team also provide a long list of dermal treatments including micro needling, chemical peels, and injectable dermal fillers and wrinkle relaxers.
Finally, Dr. Carreon is a certified provider for Biote offering bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to both male and female patients.
MEDICAL TRAINING
Dr. Carreon served her medical residency in family medicine, St. Mary & St. Elizabeth hospitals, University of Texas Medical Branch (U.T.M.B. residency program), Galveston, TX. Once she completed her medical residency training, she began practicing family medicine with obstetrics in July 2000 and founded Laser Cosmetic Solutions in Seguin, TX in April 2004. Since then, she has been serving the Seguin and surrounding areas of greater San Antonio, Austin, Houston, New Braunfels, and San Marcos with our state-of-the-art AAAHC accredited outpatient surgical center with liposuction procedures and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments for the face, body, and skin.
